On October 29, Shannon's Fine Art Auctioneers held a record setting auction fueled by enthusiastic bidders from 41 states and 10 countries.

The sale was led by a newly rediscovered Colin Campbell Cooper which set a record for a California painting by the artist at $456,000. It was purchased by a private California collector after fierce competition from 5 telephone bidders. read more...
